Episode Summary

In this interview I had the deep and sincere pleasure of interviewing a long time friend; Nick Tomes; who I deeply respect and honor for his never-ending ability to meet his authentic-self at the front door and leap into new situations, awarenesses and adventures. We spend the conversation exploring vulnerability, stepping outside the places we settle, what authentically choosing looks like, and ways to deepen into our reservoirs of strength and make leaps no matter how big or small.

Episode Notes

In this interview I had the deep and sincere pleasure of interviewing a long time friend; Nick Tomes; who I deeply respect and honor for his never-ending ability to meet his authentic-self at the front door and leap into new situations, awarenesses and adventures. We spend the conversation exploring vulnerability, stepping outside the places we settle, what authentically choosing looks like, and ways to deepen into our reservoirs of strength and make leaps no matter how big or small.

The conversation left me elated at analyzing all the places I have been choosing to settle and acknowledging the places I secretly seek to leap into.

Now is the time to leap.

About the Show

Exploring all things wellness. All things that ask us to root into our infinite selves. Raising your root means tuning into all the areas where you are not grounded. It calls to our personal power and to the deepest parts of connection to self, truth, and wellness. It returns us to our origin. Our true origins are impacted by food, social interactions, faith, beliefs, spirituality, exercise, support, and creativity. In Root Rising we will explore all these things.
